ABOUT GELANAZ
I have been partner-in-charge and principle designer of about 40 residential projects that include custom residences, and renovations. Each of these has benefited from my well design approach and careful attention to detail and materiality.
Excellent, pragmatic, and functional design is central to my design approach. I assist the investors, home owners, and builders to build a unique in their neighborhood.
With 15 years experience in design, architecture, and construction. I continue to service clientele throughout Toronto (North York, Richmond Hill, Midtown, Downtown) specializing in custom residential homes and renovations.
